Every pair of boots tells a story, and my Urban Loggers are no exception. I got them from Nicks “Like New” section. The moment they arrived, they became my everyday companions. Comfortable right out of the box, they squeaked a bit at first; but after oiling them inside and out and wearing them daily, they softened, darkened, and finally settled into silence. These boots have been through a lot with me. They’ve felt the heat of my kitchen floors while I cooked, the rough pavement on countless errands, and the frozen ground during a once-in-a-lifetime snowstorm in Florida—an event so rare, it may never happen again. These boots show scuffs from daily wear, and faint oil stains mark the leather from the first conditioning—proof of care, not just wear. They’ve been with me every step of the way, from fishing trips to tackling my daily life as a full-time student and stay-at-home mom. They stay on my feet for 12+ hours a day, only coming off at bedtime. Though I’ve only had them for a little over 2 months, they already carry the marks of our shared journey.
