I’m a regeneration forester and head Grower for a tree nursery in the PNW. I grow conifer and deciduous seedlings for replanting efforts after harvests, as well as native plants for restoration projects across Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Montana. I split my time between nursery greenhouses and planting sites, which are often steep, deep, wet, and covered in logging debris. At the end of the growing season, I spend days at these remote units measuring test-seedlings to determine if effective growth has taken place, which allows us to determine if seedling stock is appropriate for a site.

My builder pros have been an absolutely necessity for this work. I often find myself imagining how terrible (or impossible) this job would be if I was in anything else… The support and durability just far surpass anything else out there.
