The insoles are fantastic and very effective. I had no idea and unfortunately i purchased a pair of standard brown leather insoles before i received the veg tan and wow what a difference!

I love my Nick’s insoles. They take up very little volume, molded quickly to my foot and provide an extremely comfortable footbed.

Just perfect in my Redwings when not wearing big thick boot socks, and super comfy on teh soles of your feet. Bought two more pairs for other boots :-)

The inserts don't fit into the boots. And, there is not enough room, in any event.

Great insoles for the price. I bought these to replace the insoles in my Quoddy boat shoes and they have been great. Molded to my foot and very durable.

Veg Tan insole, thin, is great to have as a nearly no change to sizing and at the same time providing protection to the inside of the boot. Thanks Nicks!

Great quality and very surprised by the increased comfort. I ordered two pairs (one thick and one thin) and put them in two pairs of boots that were a bit loose. This fixed the fit issues and the increased comfort was an added bonus.

sorry did not like these they developed a crease at the toe and make the boots midtable. if they were flat then they would be fine. so Id have to go with a 100 percent leather that wont fold in the boot

Slippery in boot. I contacted customer support but was pretty much told tough luck. I ended up buying roseanvil and theirs is amazing.

I love the insoles! They give me just a little extra cushion while I’m breaking in my hand crafted boots; while preserving the built-in insole.

So I bought these thinking they would help out but they aren’t as supportive as they say they are. They are great against smell and form to your feet but they are too light when it comes to cushion type support. It’s not there especially if you are on your feet all day like I am.

Excellent, it’s beyond me why these don’t come with a $700 pair of boots. The inserts add some additional comfort without taking up any noticeable space. If you wear heavy socks you might pass on the inserts, but if you’re in a warmer climate with thinner boot socks, grab a pair of these insoles, they seem to sell out pretty quickly and the added comfort is noticeable.

Insoles are a marked improvement in comfort. Possibly it’s the break in of the leather, but in some of my 9d’s I need the thin insole and in some the standard works best. I’ll probably size up to 9e on my next pair and purchase these standard insoles. I do wish Nicks emphasized the insole a little more. It’s a small price relative to the boots.

Every pair of quality, actually well-made boots that needs to be broken in are good with these. And for some reason Nick’s seem to be the only supplier of inserts of this quality that fits my D width feet without needing to trim them up.

They sure make all my boots in that old-school quality feel better, and, lessen the aggravation of the break in.

Excellent insoles. Immediately ordereda second pair after trying them out. Confirmed perfectly after a couple days wear.
