I ordered them May 15, 2026. Its now May 25,2026. They still haven’t shipped and my charge card was billed. I emailed customer service May 21, 2026. They emailed back the next day May 22, there was a glitch with my order and they were mailing the items out. Still haven’t shipped?

Great insoles
Great insoles but they only shipped half my order. I ordered two pairs and only received one. I messaged customer service requesting my second pair and still haven’t received it. That was a month ago…
These fit well in my Nicks 11.5” boots and made the boots more comfortable to wear all day long.

The "Thin" insoles are outstanding! I've ordered each of Nicks thicknesses over the years, but with this order, rediscovered that the Thin are the best. They do the best job of protecting the footbed from sweat and premature wear, yet don't take up so much volume that they change the fit. Thank you, Nicks!
I bought two pair of these to put in non-Nicks boots which had either a thicker insole than I wanted, or enough room that a thin insole would improve the fit and extend the life of the boot. They are consistently cut and sized and the leather is good quality - not cast offs with loose grain or other faults.
Seem very solid even though I'm just getting them broken in

Needed em because they were ever so slightly too roomy and wanted a tad bit of extra cushion in the soles so they made them fit perfectly.
Am a fan of the Delta Arch insoles. Used the 1/2 and/or full-sized ones in all of my low/no arch boots. These insoles and the their thicker versions are great to use on my 55 or other higher lasted boots where I need to fill up volume for a more perfect fit. The 10-11.5 size fits perfectly in my size 11.5 D/E boots without need to trim to size.

Great insoles! I've been buying Nicks insoles for awhile now. I really like the feel they give my vintage cowboy boots. They make them feel almost new again.
I’d purchased a new pair of shoes and the inner stitching was exposed making it painful to walk in them. My nephew recommended Nicks and my dogs are so very happy he did.

I wish there were stencil marks on the insole to show where it should be trimmed for each size. I struggled to trim them to the perfect size. No issue with the quality.
I bought these insoles for a pair of cowboy boots that needed some work done on the inside. Instead of taking my boots to a cobbler to add a new insole, I bought these from Nicks and glued them in myself. They are fantastic! This is high quality leather, some of the same quality that Nicks uses to build their boots.

Great insoles for some extra comfort. They’re definitely stiff at first but after a few weeks of use they mold perfectly to your feet and become super comfy. I use them with leg braces in boots and they’re couldn’t be more perfect
