I used the measurement guide and they fit perfectly. The non-gusseted tongue is great for ventilation and doffing. This is my first pair and I’m very impressed with the high quality.

Very good Boot. Like they used to make. Just give them Boot laces instead of the leather ones. They make the boot easier to put on.

I ordered these in predator orange and must say I am blown away by the quality and craftsmanship of them. Nick’s sizing instructions were perfect. I normally wear a 10.5 in shoes and a 10 in other boots. Using their sizing tool put me in a 9.5 with socks. I was afraid this would be too tight, but it fit like a glove out of the box and they are so comfortable with no need to break in. They can be dressed up or down. I couldn’t be happier with my boots, they were definitely worth the wait.

I’ve been wearing the boots every day for a few hours in order to “break them in” . I’m enjoying them, they look beautiful and I get compliments on them too.

Can I use the use the shoe polish that was included with my boots? I want to protect them from getting water spots. Please let me know.

Too narrow, got measured at Nicks with the staff there and ordered boots. Arrived too narrow and not the best feeling to wear. Will have to order a different size in the future.

This one’s another great shoes from Nick’s. My second one. Like it a lot. Can’t say enough. It’s worth it. Love to purchase more in the future.

The Ivan Quick Ship boots I received are great. I'm very happy with the quality of and symmetry between the two boots. In order to nitpick anything on the boots I received I would have to...I got nothing to nitpick

They came with an unstructured toe, which I prefer because I think it allows my big toe a little more give on the side, when compared to a pair of Falcons I have that do have a structured toe. Also, at least for my 9.5 EE size, I think the 5 inch height looks well proportioned IRL (for when I look at them while not wearing them). I also have a pair of Falcons, and for casual wear I really prefer the Ivan with its lack of gussets and the standard top style.

The smooth out 1964 Ash Gray leather is a little darker than I was hoping for, but I really like it. For me, with the beeswax (i.e., light) edge treatment, it is just gray enough that I don't mind wearing them with all but the lightest blue jeans. That said, it wasn't obvious to me before I placed the order how much darker the Ash Gray Leather's smooth side is than it's rough side. So go with rough out for a lighter look (this may be my next purchase).

Outstanding quality and best fitting boots ever owned.

Although the leather is very thick and tough, eventually it has started to soften. The laces for the Ivan are extra long, but they can be cut down after the leather has broken in and the boots formed to my feet. I'm looking forward to my next pair of Nicks in the next few months.
