Longitud: Nuestras botas son más largas que el calzado producido en masa. Con eso en mente, recomendamos reducir media talla de su medida Brannock. Ejemplo: Si normalmente usa talla 12D, le recomendamos una talla 11.5D para sus Nicks.
Ancho: Además de la longitud, considere el ancho de sus pies al seleccionar botas, ya que la mayoría de las marcas de botas se fabrican con el ancho estándar D. Esta medida suele ser más precisa con una cinta métrica de sastre que con un dispositivo Brannock. Nicks ofrece una amplia gama para ayudar a ajustar sus pies, con anchos de A-FF disponibles en muchas de nuestras hormas.

They are very comfortable

They are very comfortable. The footbed is nice and smooth. I can run in these boots with no problem and I can barely feel the steel toe.

Boots are everything I wanted. Quality craftsmanship. I went in store to order drove 5 hours to get a proper fit. Dakota help get fit and place my order. He was super helpful made suggestions and 6 month later I have the best boots I have ever owned great work over there keep it up.

the boots were made with fine attention to detail. the Minotaur has a more natural feel than Yellowstone and I find Minotaur more comfortable after a day in the boots

This is my second pair of Nick’s and I have a third pair on the way

This is my second pair of Nick’s and I have a third pair on the way. I work railroad so tough, comfortable boots are a necessity. Nick’s are both. Makes every other boot I’ve ever owned seem substandard. Two things: 1. They take a couple weeks to break in and the first time you put them on you’re going to think they are torturous! 2. Boot stretchers!

Built Like a Tank, Wears Like a Glove

Most work boots demand a long break in before they stop punishing your feet. These skipped that entirely.

The Leather: The shrunken bison hide is the standout. The leather is remarkably supple. Thick, oily, and protective. It yielded at the vamp immediately with zero rigid pinch points.

Fit & Chassis: Sizing is spot on. Heel lockdown is secure, instep volume is balanced, and everything feels rock solid.

The Verdict: Build quality justifies the price tag on day one. You get the structural presence of a heavy boot with none of the usual stiffness. Easily the most comfortable pair I’ve ever laced up.

You get what you pay for!

They're pretty fantastic and exactly what I was looking for. Taking some work to break them in. They feel a little too long but perhaps that was my mistake with measuring or just how it's supposed to be.

Everything I Looked For in a Custom Boot

Still breaking them in, but out of the box they already fit better than any heavy boot I've owned. Highlights: The leather is remarkable, and the slight cutback on the heel has cured my tendency to pound the ground. My crushing left toe issues are solved with the Thurman last, and finally, my A/C width feet will never go back into a standard D width boot when I can now get proper sizing.

I switched from a well-known competitor's boots to NICKS.
It's interesting to see NICKS' unique perspective in the bluncher shape (partial cut) around the instep.
I plan to continue using this boots for a long time to come.

This is purely my personal opinion, but when ordering Two Tone, I think it would be even better if there was an option to have the backstay leather match the heel counter.
