I've been using these insoles in my boots (four pairs so far), and they meet expectations—made of high-quality, stiff full-grain leather with a natural break-in period. Initially, the fit felt firm, but after about a week, they started conforming to my feet. Now, they feel like a custom footbed, offering more support than cushioning. The wear pattern shows they’re breaking in evenly, with solid heel strikes, smooth midfoot compression, and no uncomfortable pressure points. These aren’t soft insoles; they are stable and long-lasting, ideal for extended periods on your feet. Overall, they don’t provide instant comfort, but once broken in, they’re excellent.

I think I’ve bought probably 10 pair of these. They work great. Easy to trim down. Feel like there are no-brainer to add to your boots.

Big beefy insoles. ~Been walking on two pairs of Nick's, a custom Builder Pro and Urban Drifters. Ended up having to replace the insoles. With leather, the material really forms to the form of your feet, Very glad they are available in this thicker leather. Thanks

I bought the size that is the same from my boots (size 9) but they appear to be a bit small. I'm sure they will work for now, but unfortunately the sizing didn't match up. I can't really give a good review since they're not the correct size.

Didnt fit. Says for sixe 10-11.5 , and I think it means boot not sneaker...regardless does not fit boot at all, does not fit size 12 sneaker. Seems like a 10- 11.5 sneaker leather insole not exactly a boot one on the sizes.

Footwear feels better with them and they were reasonably priced.

Quality materials

Worked great in my Grant Stone Diesel boots which were slightly too large on me. They needed a bit of material removed to fit in a size 8.5, but after they went in the fit was snug and the insole itself feels soft and comfortable.

I would say that these were a solid alternatives to some more expensive ones and as a pulse fit some tight fitting angles better without the need to cut them. I did have to soften them up a bit prior to inserting them my shoes but that was just cause I was impatient. I generally wear size 13’s in Jim Green, Red wing, and my Nicks boots and these helped break in those boots at a comparatively more affordable price. Would recommend if you want to get a few insoles.

These are the 7th or 8th pairs of insoles that I have bought from Nicks. They are amazing. The thickness and the finish is consistent and high quality. I am adding the thin insoles to most of my vintage boots to give them a refresh and I buy the thick insoles for boots that are a little loose. Be prepared to trim to fit. It's easy if you think ahead, make a pattern, and take your time. Remember, it's always easier to take away a little more than to add back if you cut too much.

They work great

Well made leather that works well for my Whites boots. I also like how they don’t gouge you on the shipping for there boot accessories.

Genuinely helpful, kind of think these should come with. Relatively thin so doesn’t throw sizing out too bad. Bought for a pull-on size 10 D which is randomly enormously bigger than my other size 10 D pull-ons.

These elevate any shoe- they don’t have to go just in Nick’s. They are a huge upgrade from most stock insoles. I got some for my spouse for his boots from another brand- he swapped these in, the cobbler replaced the soles, and his boots are better than new.
