This is my first PNW built boot, and I’m so glad I went with Nicks. The break in period is actually not bad at all, and when it does they feel so good on your feet. I’m so impressed with the craftsmanship, and the amount of leather used. I will definitely be getting something in black cxl next!

I really like them! They are comfortable and very well built!

Can the heel height be lowered?the woods in South Alabama are thick with a heavy understory. The high heel catches things like vines and other vegetation. I like the roomy toe box, better than the Whites I have worn over the years.Very well built boot. Wish I would have tried Nicks sooner.

These are the most well crafted boots I own. No corner was cut concerning quality, and one would expect that with the price, which I happily paid.



But they destroyed my feet. After a work season and a half of wearing them, I can’t force myself to put them back on. My ankles and arches are shot after a day of walking on site. I tried different arch supports and nothing was satisfactory. They will regrettably be retired, and it’s a shame because they’re a gorgeous sturdy boot. Perhaps adding the steel toe to these was a mistake.



They still get 5 stars because I believe my situation is less than ordinary.

first pair of boots that fit I waited 6.5 months for my first pair but it was worth it i wear 13EE but ordered a 12FF fit perfect wore them 8 hours the first day because mail did'nt come till 1pm 18 hours the second day it would take me 6 months to break in my old boots because i couldnt get them extra wide these were nicks rangers were perfect thank you nicks i will be ordering another pair soon for my sunday going to meetin boots

Hello I’m very interested in finding a 100 percent USA made boot company! Are these boot made in USA with USA materials?

After the lengthy break-in process (prolonged by a sizing error despite the fit-sheet submission) these sturdy boots have come to fit me perfectly as no other boots I have ever worn have. Due to the current COVID-19 situation I haven't been wearing them in a work environment, but as my outdoor shoes. According to my smartwatch I do about 10 miles of walking in these per day - a good mix between soft paths in the woods, harsh gravel and standard pavement. They are now a pleasure to wear and despite being built like a tank they can still be worn into an office or around town without looking out of place.

I've waited several years to order these, having a few pair of boots from other manufacturers I was waiting to wear out. The fit sheet and trial for process was simple and after a few months wait, my Rangers arrived. Fit and finish is awesome and after just a few days of wear, they are comfortable as slippers. We'll worth the money and the wait. Need to wear out my other pair of loggers and I'll have a pair of builder pros on the way. Thank you, Nick's, for a great American made product and employing so many great craftsmen and craftswomen.
