When will my non-boot items ship out?

• Pre-made accessories, and in-stock boots typically ship within two business days
• Belts and other leather accessories can take up to two weeks to ship out if they need to be made prior to shipping.

All items on a single order are shipped out together. If you would like accessories shipped before the entire order is ready to ship please reach out to us at Customerservice@nicksboots.com

Shipping Costs

Shipping and handling costs are calculated automatically based on the weight of the product, and the destination it is being shipped to. Shipping costs cannot be edited or negotiated. A single pair of Nicks Boots typically weighs around 7-8 pounds and will cost between $30-$40 to ship domestically.

International Shipping

Products that offer free shipping are only availble for domestic shipping within the U.S. There may be customs and duty fees associated with shipping internationally

Shipping Time

Domestic shipping typically takes around 4-6 business days. Due to COVID-19, UPS is generally faster and easier to track then expedited USPS shipping.

We are not responsible USPS expediated shipping delays. If you selected and paid for priority mail shipping with a estimated delivery date, and your package took longer than the quoted time to be delivered, you may reach out to USPS to request a refund for your shipping here 

Tracking

All orders will receive tracking numbers that will be emailed upon shipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If you have not received a package, and the tracking says it was delivered or that the package could not be delivered, please file a claim with the carrier and contact our customer service team with the claim number so we can get it taken care of for you!
