Our 365 Stitchdown Construction offers increased sole flex and water resistance for an all-season boot. The midsole construction is a high grade 8IR rubber midsole, with a military grade ployurethane wedge for added impact resistance and comfort. The interior of the boot features a full length 6-7oz leather insole, that will take the shape of your foot like our classic all leather construction but can be removed when it wears out, or replaced with your favorite insole.
The Nicks Tactical Boot is made with the most durable materials on the market, paired with our new, innovative lightweight and flexible stitchdown construction. The Tactical Boot is the best on the market.

Sizing
- Length: Our boots are longer than mass-produced footwear. With that in mind, we recommend going down a 1/2 size from your Brannock length. Example: If you normally wear size 12D, we recommend a size 11.5D for your Nicks.
- Width: In addition to length, consider the width of your feet when selecting boots, as most brands' boots are built with the standard D width. This measurement is typically more precise with a tailors tape rather than a Brannock device. Nicks offers a wide range to help fit your feet, with A-FF widths available in many of our lasts.

Marshal Tactical Boot - Quick Ship
Boots is as advertised, Thurman last for me and good toe splay. Would use as a general purpose boot for garrison and urban operations, but perhaps not for long extended missions. One criticism is that because the military does tuck our laces into the boot for dress regs (even though I get away with this 5” version), with the fully gusseted tongue it can be a bit odd tucking those laces back into the boot.
They are great. Not fully broken in yet. The soles are heavy but don’t feel heavy when worn.
These are my first north west boots. I am taking my time in breaking them in. I have only worn them inside my home. Next week I will wear them outside. Every time I wear them they feel like they are molding to my feet. I have no problem with them. I am happy with them, the leather RO seems very durable.
These are my first pair of boots from Nicks. They are tanks, indestructible - the craftsmanship, construction and leather totally live up to Nick's name. However, it's not a 5-star purchase because the design of the boots (with very narrow opening) makes them a huge pain to put the boots on - it's getting a little bit better now after 6-7 wears, but still a challenge (I literally sweat for pulling them on lol). Perhaps I should pick the non-gusseted tongue style for my next boots with Nicks. Overall, still pretty damn good.
