Very steady and well built.
They are a bit heavier than I expected but they are amazing shoes. Not a fan of the leather laces but with some parachord they look and feel awesome. I highly recommend and will buy more styles in the future.

Amazing boots - the best built boots I have ever owned! I can walk the longest in them with the least amount of fatigue. Sizing is very close to my Red Wing Iron rangers & Truman Java waxed. I’m a size 9.5 Nike running shoe & Brannock - for all 3 boots mentioned I’m 8EE. I am very particular about sizing - most site’s say .5 to 1 size down - not sure why but I am forsure 1.5 down. One minor negative is they do look wider when you look down but the fit & performance definitely makes up for it!

I got the Ivan’s because they closely resemble a pair of boots that I had to retire. The build quality was something I was looking for. A boot that will last for as long as possible.

The only thing I wish I’d done differently would be a wedge sole. I got the honey vibram sole and they are soft and comfortable, but heavy. I got Shackleton brown which is instantly soft. They’re very comfortable boots. I ordered the delta insoles and am waiting on those.

This is the most comfortable casual boot I have ever owned. An amazing and customizable model for everyday where from walking, to chores, to office work. So many possibilities and a great choice for those who don't want a gusseted tongue

Overall I am satisfied with these boots. I love the leather and craftsmanship. My only minor complaints are: This boot can’t be made into a moc toe and it comes with leather laces and not round ones. I find leather laces uncomfortable.

Most beautiful boots i own.

It’s a great boot. 5” height is perfect. The natural Predator leather is gorgeous and changes every time I wear them. The Thurman last fits well and looks good.

These Ican boots are terrific! casual, outdoors, or dressed up, this style does it all. Traditional Nicks quality as usual, we all know the wait can be long, but when they finally arrive and you look at them, you realize that they were built with a lot of integrity.

Having several pairs of Nicks boots, I was really interested in the feel of the Ivan. With a sleeker design, non-gussetted tongue and 5” height, the Ivan definitely fills a gap in my other Nicks options. I used the quick ship option and the boots were delivered well within the stated lead time. The workmanship is perfect and the overall quality lives up to my expectation from Nicks! Amazing boots!
