Sizing
- Length: Our boots are longer than mass-produced footwear. With that in mind, we recommend going down a 1/2 size from your Brannock length. Example: If you normally wear size 12D, we recommend a size 11.5D for your Nicks.
- Width: In addition to length, consider the width of your feet when selecting boots, as most brands' boots are built with the standard D width. This measurement is typically more precise with a tailors tape rather than a Brannock device. Nicks offers a wide range to help fit your feet, with A-FF widths available in many of our lasts.

Falcon - Quick Ship!
Haven't bought a pair of leather shoes or boots for 30 some years because of my narrow foot and inability to find something that actually fits. Stumbled into Nicks searching for a decent pair of leather shoes. One of the few places that actually allow ordering an A width. Used their printable sizing guide and ordered 12-1/2 A width. Very nervous with the 12-1/2 specification because I've also never worn a 12-1/2 I'm always a 13 (of course that's in sneakers, only thing that ever fits me). Amazing quality, and was blown away that they fit. Still working on breaking them in (probably have about 6-7 miles on them) and guessing in about 5 more miles they will be broken in. I did end up ordering a leather insole from Nicks simply to protect the inside of the boot. I considered ordering the Delta Arch but have not as of yet because the moderate arch that is standard issue on the Falcon feels good. To that point I've also required prescription/molded arch supports in all my shoes for the past 30 years (Plantar fasciitis) but so far the moderate arch feels good and seems to support my foot with no additional arch support.
Really glad to find someone who makes high quality boots for a narrow width foot. Very impressed with the quality, the fit, and the overall experience ordering the boots.

Experience has been nothing but great. The sizing sheet was spot on, lead time was as stated, and quality of the boot was unmatched. Will be buying at least one more boot from them to match more outfits.
Love them, after a quick break in they are extremely comfortable and looking super sharp, love wearing them!
