Great shoes, but what color leather was used?

As expected, Nick's produces a fantastic work of art for your feet. However, the leather was supposed to be cobalt blue--cobalt is a bright, almost electric blue. My shoes are much more of a Navy blue. I realize that the picture can portray a different color (as the pic that I took makes the shoe out to be a brighter blue than it really is) but it shouldn't vary that much.
