Great laces, feel pretty unbreakable. Only time will tell. Wish they were offered in a 6 inch boot length.

Length seems to be good and the laces look the same as when I got them now after nearly two months. One end of one of the two strings had no plastic cap end on it when I received them. I planned on crimping on some small diameter copper or brass tubing or maybe a small electrical connector crimp. Anything small enough to fit through the eyelet on my boot. Not a huge deal a little disappointing but the braid has not yet come unwound very much so they should hold up for a while. If anything, with my 10 inch boot height, the recommended laces ended up being on the short end but I am able to double knot the laces and I think them being shorter will contribute to longer life out of the lace. So far I am happy with them although they don't look as good as leather I think they will outlive the lifespan of my previous leather laces.

Great quality but I wish I would have gotten a longer size for the 11 inch boots, but thats my personal preference.

These used to be well made with quality, not interested in paying this price for defected product, you at least owe me repair parts.

These laces have held up okay so far, but the colored coating is rubbing off, so they are no longer black. They are now half light grey. Disappointing.

I spent nearly $900 on a pair of boots. They came with 72'" laces. I have normal sized feet and calfs and can't even tie a knot with this length. Nick's customer service stated 72" is the standard for an 8" boot and they would not exchange the 72" laces for 84" laces. Not the best customer experience. I guess I have to buy some laces to be able to wear my $900 boots.

When I got my Urban Loggers I decided to use the leather laces since that was the classic way and it was my first ever experience with leather laces. They worked well, but then I started to look up other options and found these. I am not saying the leather laces are bad, but in this case technology wins. The boots are much easier to sinch up and they tighten to your foot MUCH more evenly. With the leather laces I started to experince a tiny bit of heel slip at the end of the day, but these laces totally eliminated that. This is just my experience, but if I ever buy a new pair of boots from Nicks, I'm ordering these laces with it.
