We review every submission before listing it on our website. Once your purchase is made, your funds will be held in escrow by us until you confirm that what you received matches the listing. If we do not hear from you within seven days of the shipment arriving, then the funds will be released to the seller.

Sellers have 3 business days from the time they receive the shipping label from us to ship the boots to you. Expect your boots to be in the mail with tracking within 3-5 business days.

With the Nicks Marketplace, there are absolutely no returns or exchanges unless the product does not arrive in the original advertised condition by the seller. You may open a dispute by reaching out to customerservice@nicksboots.com. All disputes must be submitted within seven days of the package arriving.

You will receive a Nicks Gift Card for the total value that you sell them for on the Marketplace. At this time we are not paying out Sellers with cash or credit in any other form.

Marketplace is limited to US Domestic sales only.
We are currently accepting a fairly loose list of high-end leather footwear. Our vision for the Marketplace is to offer a selection of high quality, ready to wear leather boots. If you submit a pair of boots that we do not think fits for the marketplace we will let you know. The current list of accepted brands on marketplace are :

- Franks

- Truman
- Red Wing
- Alden
Nicks will carefully consider every submission and reserves the right to decline submissions for any reason. Please allow 5-7 business days for submission processing.

Upon initial submission, you are allowed one listing. Once your first listing sells, we open up the platform for you to have multiple listings at a time.
To ensure we get the best possible images for showcasing your boots, here are a few key points to keep in mind:
- Ensure your boots are free from dust and debris: Taking the time to clean your boots up, including debris stuck in the soles, will lead to a nice presentation and a higher likelihood your listing may sell.
- Plain background: Keep the background simple and uncluttered.
- Bright, Natural Light is Best: Please take the photos in a well-lit area, ideally near a window or outdoors during the daytime. This helps to capture the true colors and details of your boots accurately.
- 5-7 Photos, Please: We kindly request you limit your submission to a maximum of 7 photos. This helps us to focus on the most impactful shots and ensures faster processing for everyone.
- Place your boots together to take the following photos:
- Outer left side view
- Outer right side view
- Straight-on front view
- Rear view (heels together)
- Bottom of the soles
- Clear shot of any damage or concerns: If there are any specific areas of wear, scuffs, or unique features you'd like to highlight, please include a close-up photo.
Nicks will carefully consider every submission and reserves the right to decline submissions for any reason.

Marketplace is limited to US Domestic sales only.
When a customer purchases your boots, a prepaid and trackable shipping label will be emailed to you. All you have to do is print out the label, tape it to the box, and then drop it off at a nearby UPS store or USPS drop-off/pickup location. No other payment is required.
We kindly request that boots be shipped within 3 business days of receiving your prepaid shipping label. If shipment isn't initiated within this period, a Nicks team member will reach out with a reminder email. Please note that failure to ship the boots within 2 business days of this reminder will result in order cancellation and the removal of the listing from our site.
