You understand that:

  • By choosing size at any point in the process, Nicks does not guarantee the fit.
  • If upon evaluation of the fit sheet, Nicks determines a custom-fit is necessary additional charges will apply, and Nicks will inform you of those charges before proceeding.
  • Because our hides come from living organisms and also undergo an extensive tanning and retanning processes, Nicks is limited in its ability to control variances in leather color, cleanliness (particularly lighter colored hides) and imperfections. "Streaking", texturing, and isolated discoloration are not covered under our warranty policy.
  • Because Nicks purchases safety toe inserts from a third party supplier, Nicks cannot guarantee toe box comfort for steel, composite or fiberglass toed boots. “Toe rub” is not covered under our warranty policy.
  • Returns are on a case by case basis upon inspection and approval from Nicks. (Boots that have been worn outside, begun break-in, or deemed in "used" condition would qualify as non-returnable)
  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
