If you have previously ordered from Nicks, we should still have your previous information on file at our offices in Spokane, WA.
1) To order your first pair of Nicks boots, please use our Product Fit Sheet & Size Guide to determine your correct fit. Then call or email us with any questions. You may find our “How to Measure” video helpful.
Follow all of the directions and mail in the completed Sizing Guide Fit Sheet with all the information including the questions on the download form located in the middle of pages 2 and 3.
2) You can also request a mailed out version of our Sizing Guide. Fill out your information on our Contact Us page. If easier for you, you can also visit one of our authorized dealers to be fit for your boots. Click here to see if your city or one close to you has a Nicks Custom Boots Dealer.
3) If your group or company is ordering several pair of Nicks Custom Boots, call to arrange for Nicks Mobile Fitting Service. If you qualify, we will come to your location to ensure your Group all gets properly fitted for Nicks Custom Boots.
An important note: You need to be custom measured, even if you eventually fit into a stock or standard boot. Our boots are sized differently than most brands due to the variety of last widths and the nature of our four layer arch support. You can have a friend measure your feet on our sizing guide fit sheet.
Any boot taller than 12″ must be built in the Nick’s Rolled Welt Construction and must be Custom Fit for a Special made to measure upper.
Please Note: you may be a stock size on your feet and would then only be charged the Special Upper Fee.
IMPORTANT: When you print the sizing guide, please set the scaling on your printer to NONE.
Custom Fit Boots are Non-Refundable
